Stainless Steel Plate, Sheet, Coil
Shree Champak Steel is one of the well-known manufacturer,
exporter, stockist, stock holder and supplier of a qualitative range of Stainless Steel Welded Pipes
that are being designed as per the international and national standard quality of raw materials. Our
SS Welded Pipes are made up of through rotary and extrusion piercing. Relatively known for their
superior functionality, matchless quality and robust construction; our Stainless Steel ERW Pipes are
obtained from the reliable companies of the market.
SS ERW Pipes are being found in a widespread range of applications such as in Petrochemical,
Chemical, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Fertilizer, Automotive, Bearing, Power, Structural & Mechanical
applications. We provide these SS Welded Pipes in different grades, thickness and sizes as per
tailored needs given by our customers.
Stainless Steel 304 Pipes are the most commonly used SS Pipes due to their chemical composition, mechanical properties, weldability, and corrosion/oxidation resistance. They provide the best all-around performance at a relatively low cost. Stainless steel 310 Tubes have excellent corrosion resistance, superior resistance to oxidation and the retention of a larger fraction of room temperature strength.
Our SS 316 Pipes are used in Food preparation equipment, particularly in chloride environments, Heat Exchangers, Laboratory equipment, etc. Stainless Steel 347 Tubes can be used in applications requiring intermittent heating between 800 degrees F (427 degrees C) and 1650 degrees F (899 degrees C) or for welding under conditions which prevent a post-weld anneal. SS 304L pipes are a lower carbon version of 304 stainless steel and can be used in more corrosive environments such as saltwater and chemical containers.
Our SS 904L pipes and tubes are supplied with various tests and third-party inspection certificates to ensure high quality. All these pipes and tubes are packed using wooden boxes and cartons to ensure damage-free shipping.
What are Stainless Steel tubes?
Stainless Steel Tubes are cylindrical tubes made of stainless steel, a metal alloy that contains a high percentage of chromium, nickel, and other elements. This combination of elements gives stainless steel its strength and resistance to corrosion, making it ideal for a variety of industrial applications. Stainless Steel Pipes are commonly used in applications that require the transfer of liquids or gasses, such as plumbing, heating and cooling systems, and industrial pipelines.
What are the applications of Stainless Steel Welded Pipes?
Stainless Steel Pipes have a wide range of applications due to their combination of strength,
durability, and corrosion resistance. Some common applications include:
Plumbing and piping systems: Stainless Steel Pipes are commonly used in the transfer of liquids,
such as water and gas, in both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Heating and cooling systems: They are used in HVAC systems for the transfer of heat and cooling.
What are the benefits of Stainless Steel Tubes and SS Welded pipes?
Stainless Steel Tubes and SS Pipes offer several benefits, including:
Durability: Stainless Steel Pipes are highly durable and can withstand harsh environments,
making them suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
Corrosion resistance: The high chromium and nickel content of stainless steel makes it highly
resistant to corrosion and rust, extending the service life of the pipes.
Strength: Stainless Steel Tubes are strong and can withstand high pressure, making them
suitable for use in pipelines and other high-stress applications.
